Mike is very excited to be joining our staff this year. He joins us after coaching at the levels of College Club, U.S Junior, and High School. Mike has instructed hockey camps for young kids as well, focusing on defensive play, powerskating, and overall hockey skill. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree in English at St. Lawrence University, he practiced with the NCAA Division I hockey team, played golf for the NCAA Division III team, and |
| swam for the NCAA Division III swim team. During and after college, Mike played in the Pro-Am hockey league which is for Division I and pro hockey players. Mike has always had a passion for hockey, and overall fitness. He has trained many individuals in fitness, instructed his own plyometric camps, and educated people in hockey-specific training. He has been fortunate to also work with his friend, Matt Rogers, who is the powerskating coach for the Buffalo Sabres. |
